Brand Focus - Collection

Hello everyone

This week I am going to be doing a brand focus on Collection, this is another brand that offers cheap and affordable products. I have tried out various products from the line and I am personally not a huge fan but there have been a few products that in my opinion help the brand.

I will be mentioning three of the products that I feel are the products that make me want to try out more products from the line, all of these products are cheap and affordable and can be found in Superdrug, Boot, and the Collection website.

Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer £4.19 - This was the second product I had tried from Collection and it is honestly the best product they do. The concealer is slightly creamy and gives amazing coverage that is easy to blend. The concealer comes in a variety of shades that all sink into the nicely and don't sit on the skin like some concealer can. This concealer is almost like a high street concealer except the price is the one thing that makes it a drugstore product.

Collection Illuminating Touch Concealer £4.99 - Again another amazing concealer from Collection. I would only use this on the inner corners of my eyes as I find that with the other parts of my face it doesn't brighten them as much as I would like it to but it still works good as a brightening concealer for the inner corners of the eyes. Again the price is amazing it works somewhat like a high street product except I find that it doesn't last as long as a high street concealer does.

Collection Work The Colour Eyebrow Kit £3.99 - This product is something that I tried on a whim when I was getting a bit bored of using my Technic brow kit. The kit comes with three shades ranging from a blonde to a dark brown shade. I use the dark brown shade as my hair is a dark brown. The kit comes with a eyebrow primer that I have been using with the kit as well. The eyebrow kit works pretty well and helps to make my eyebrows look natural. The eyebrow primer is not amazing but I don't mind as the eyebrow kit itself is pretty good. Again with the other products the price is amazing as for only £3.99 you get three eyebrow shades and a fairly decent eyebrow primer.

Overall I am still not a huge fan of Collection but the three products I have mentioned above are the best products they do so let me know in the comments is there are any products from Collection that you have tried and if so did you like them.

On Monday (bonus post) I will be sharing with you my under £35 gift guide for girls so don't forget to check that if you are stuck for presents or are just interested in what there is to get this year. On Wednesday I will be sharing with you the shampoo that has practically saved my hair and on Friday I will be doing a brand focus on Maybelline
