Bare Minerals Lasting Line Long-Wearing Eyeliner Review

Hello everyone

Today I am going to be reviewing a product that I was really expecting to love which is the bare minerals long lasting eyeliner. As I have tried various Bare Minerals products and found that they were quite good I decided to try this eyeliner as it did look quite nice.

I bought this product in the shade 'Absolute Black' which is quite a dark black , this eyeliner has a twist up pencil that takes quite a long time to dry which is pretty annoying and if you try to smudge it out a few seconds after you have applied it then it starts to disappear which is a bit disappointing.

It also has a built in sharpener on the other end which is a bit annoying as it falls off sometimes and mine actually broke whilst trying to sharpen it which is quite disappointing. Also it doesn't last that long and is not really the best for a cat eye look as it doesn't last long.

This eye liner could be great if you don't mind waiting a bit of time for it to dry and don't want to smudge it in. But for me I don't like this product as it just isn't that amazing and with the fact that it takes a bit to dry it really does limit the whole idea of using this whilst in a hurry.

Overall I am not a fan of this product personally , I think that it might be ok for some people but for £14 I really expected more especially considering the fact that the eyeliners that Rimmel do (scandeleyes) which are cheaper work a lot better.

  1. I bought it about a month ago and I don't like it that much either. It's just so difficult to apply and the result looks kind of thick! Really disappointed :/

  2. I know I have never been a full fan of Bare Minerals and this product didn't help with that!
