Is the Missguided £1 Bikini A Real Bargain

If you're an avid fast fashion buyer or you like to stay in the loop, you would have seen that Missguided released a £1 bikini: a simple black triangle shape bikini ranging from sizes 4-24. The offer is for a limited time only; releasing 1000s onto the website each day. For some, this might sound like heaven. A cheap bikini perfect for Summer: a great staple. It even beats the prices of Primark and other brands promising cheap affordable clothing.

But how much of a bargain is this bikini for the consumer and the producers, when the bikini is only £1. This brings the question, how much is it really costing to make it? Are they really making a profit or are they shortchanging the suppliers and the workers behind that £1 bikini? When we break the bikini down it's all about polyester, which is largely unsustainable and harms the planet massively. So, if it's really worth that one photo of you on an inflatable in Greece then you do you, but for the rest of us, I think it's …

Boots Absorbing Oil Sheets - Review

Hello everyone } Follow my Bloglovin!

Today I am reviewing a product I have recently being trying. Since about March I have noticed that my skin has become fairly oily. I decided that as my skin had appeared to become oily I would sort out my whole skincare routine and basically make sure I was helping reduce as much oil from my skin as possible.

After 're-designing' my skincare routine I decided to purchase these which are the Boot Oil Sheets. These are basically sheets that you can use to remove excess oil off your face. What is good about these is that they can be used on top of makeup meaning that no makeup is removed when you use one of these sheets.

Firstly, the sheets actually work over makeup. At first I was really unsure about these as I didn't fully understand how I would be able to put the sheet around my face and manage not to remove any of my makeup or leave any sort of marks or residue.I have noticed that this leaves absolutely no residue or marks anywhere on my face and doesn't even touch my makeup at all. It just goes right to my skin to absorb the oil.

Secondly, the product seems to last a lot. In a pack you get 50 sheets which in my personal opinion is great value. I normally use 2 sheets a day, but sometimes I may not need to use one. The price is another good thing about this product it retails for £3.99 which is not bad considering I have seen more high end brands charge a lot more for almost the same product.

Overall I really do love this product it helps reduce the amount of oil in my skin, without removing any of my makeup or leaving any marks or residue. I would honestly recommend this product to anyone who is suffering with oily skin. I would recommend using the sheets mainly in the daytime just as that is when your skin is most likely to appear oily.

So this has been my review on the Boots Oil Sheets. I hope people have found this helpful and also like these sheets as much as I do. On Friday I will be posting about how face masks have become so important in my life. Next Wednesday I will be reviewing one of the latest products by Rimmel so check that out!

Thanks for reading!
