4 Drugstore Palettes You Need

Palettes have been a love of mine for a while. After searching high and low in the drugstore for palettes that tick all the boxes I have managed to find 4 so far that seriously surprised me.

Up first is almost a famous product to this blog, I won't dwell on it too long but it's the Makeup Revolution Iconic Pro 2 Palette. This is palette includes 16 shades, with matte to shimmers day to night shades that are highly pigmented and blendable. For £6.99 you might as well try it out or their other palettes by Makeup Revolution.

The next palette is one I recently picked up. This is a mini 4 shadow palette by Revlon. This is a nude based palette including a base shade that blends really nice to create a good base for the rest of your eyeshadow. It also features this silver shade that has a slight shimmer to it. I like to use this and the brown and black shades in the crease and blending them out to create a smokey eye. This mini palette just allows me to make a quick netural eye look if I'm in a rush. It also comes with a little applicator but in my opinion this is too hard and doesn't really let you blend the eyeshadow in. For £8.99 this is the perfect little palette for on the go.

Next up is one I have featured previously on the blog a while ago. This is the MUA Palette in Elysium, this is a palette that focuses mainly on pink shades. Perfect to use in Autumn as Summer as it has some light and dark shades that can be used to cover the whole lid. Or used as a transition shade. For only £6 this creates a soft eyelook that is easy to blend and lasts all day without flaking or moving.

Last up is a Zoeva Palette, I had never tried or had a palette from their brand before until this Christmas. It is a palette that features 6 shimmer shades and 3 matte shades. Focusing on the shimmer shades first these are all highly pigmented shades that blend well on the eyes. You do have a to watch a little bit with the darker shades that you don't have a bit of fall out. But either way these work well, my personal favorite being Reflective Elegance as this is a nude gold shimmer. In terms of the matte shades these still are highly pigmented I just find myself more pulled towards the shimmer shades. For a palette that is highly pigmented and offers 9 shades £15.50 isn't too bad seeing as this is a more verging on high street brand.

So there are four palettes from the Drugstore that I have fell in love with recently. If there are any palettes that you have tried out feel free to comment them down below

Until next time, Chloe!
